Do I need to purchase a ticket in advance?
Yes! Tickets go on sale February 24th, and space is limited. We recommend purchasing in advance to secure your spot.

Absolutely! Attending with your fiancé, wedding party, or family members can help make planning even more fun. Each person will need their own ticket.

Can I book vendors at the event?
Yes! Many vendors will have special promotions or booking incentives, so be ready to secure your dream team.

Is the event kid-friendly?
The expo is designed for engaged couples and their wedding parties, but children are welcome.

What should I bring with me?
Bring your wedding planning ideas, a notebook, and any inspiration you have! We will provide you with a tote bag for vendor materials.

FAQ’s - Vendors Information

What time can I arrive to set up my booth?
Vendors can access the event space for setup from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Please have your booth fully set up by 11:30 AM, as doors open to attendees at noon.

Will there be Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available for vendors. Details on access will be provided closer to the event.

Can I bring extra staff to help with my booth?
Each vendor registration includes two vendor passes for the event. If you have additional staff assisting with setup and teardown, they are welcome to help; however, due to limited space, only those with vendor passes may stay for the event.

Will there be help unloading and setting up?
The front doors of The Commons is where you will load in and out for the event. While we encourage vendors to bring their own setup assistance, event staff may be available for light assistance if needed.

Where should I park after unloading?
After unloading, vendors will need to move their vehicles out of the front of the main entrance and park anywhere in the parking lot.

Can I sell products or services at my booth?
Yes! Vendors are welcome to sell products and services during the event. Please bring necessary payment processing tools, as outlets may be limited. Bring extension cords if you have them.

Do I need to provide a raffle item?
While not required, we encourage vendors to donate a raffle prize as an excellent way to gain additional exposure and attract attendees to your booth.

What time is breakdown, and when do I need to be out?
The event concludes at 5:00 PM. Vendors can begin breakdown at 5:10 PM, but we kindly ask that no booths are dismantled before the official end time. All vendors must be packed up and out by 6:45 PM.

Will there be lunch provided for the Vendors?
Lunch will not be provided for vendors, but we encourage you to bring snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout the event.
